The existing color-blind test for partial color blindness, does not use definite quantification standards, thus it generalizes the test result. This innovation developes a quantification method for color-blind tests, which can standardize the capabilities of each retinal cell; rod cell and cone cell. This method successfully develops spesific color tests, and can determine mathematically the types of colors that can be seen or not. Further development of this method, can be applied to detect night blindness (nyctalopia).
